Packing and handling

We weigh, pack and label meat, fish, chicken, bread and other foods, exactly to customer requirements.

One of our specialities is the packing and glazing of fish and seafood at the modern, efficient packing plant in Hirtshals, so that products in the retail trade and catering/wholesale business appear attractive and of high quality. The packing plant is certified according to BRC (British Retail Consortium), which sets the standard for the handling of food in a number of countries.

Our departments have a high capacity and are able to switch production and storage facilities over to new tasks at short notice. Large quantities of food pass through the departments every day, where it is weighed, labelled, re-palleted and handled by our competent staff according to customer requirements. Automation, robot technology and skilled hands form a strong whole.

Cold facts

We have cold stores and freezer plants with a total capacity of 800,000 cubic metres and a freezing capacity of around 1,800 tonnes a day. In addition to freezing and storage, we offer a range of services, all performed to the highest standards and quality norms.
