Foods for every taste
The department has served the fishing industry and northern Europe’s largest auction for fresh fish for decades. The packing of fish products and IQF freezing of whole trout and salmon take place under conditions approved by Russian and US authorities. In recent years, growth has been concentrated on pork, dairy products and chicken, which are frozen and stored at the two departments in the town’s industrial area.
The department has an iceworks with the production of flake and tube ice.

Cold facts

We have cold stores and freezer plants with a total capacity of 800,000 cubic metres and a freezing capacity of around 1,800 tonnes a day. In addition to freezing and storage, we offer a range of services, all performed to the highest standards and quality norms.
